“People retain information better when they have fun while learning, when they are in a rich, interactive and inclusive learning environment –
Barbara uses music, movement, meditation, mindfulness and role playing so that everyone at the workshops have he best chance to learn – in a way that best suits them.
Barbara 's approach is inclusive and believes in working together and, letting people create their own learning through sharing their own stories.
"We all have a story to tell. And when we share our stories, we help others to learn and heal ourselves ".
Barbara has a simple "A" philosophy to life
"By practicing daily Gratitude, we invite the amazing power
found within each of us when faced with life's challenges which propel us to move forward."
